Norman Hsu's spokes-scheister now says that he wasn't trying to run, but got confused on his way to the courthouse for the hearing.

I'll say he was confused. Anyone who would pay $100+ for a sleeper car
ticket to get across town on a local commuter train is unbelievably
confused. Did I say "unbelievably"? I meant "incredibly". No that also
implies that he is lying and it just isn't PC to imply that someone
with a history of felony fraud convictions is lying.
